Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in usable, resalable condition.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@copilotpaws.com with your order number to receive return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in return transit.

Condition & Partial Refunds

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items returned in original packaging and usable condition receive a full refund of the product price. If an item arrives significantly damaged, used beyond normal try-on, or without its original packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion to reflect the reduced condition.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
